Upon arriving at the Dragon Palace, the rabbit learns there are two medical reports recording the Dragon King's condition. One is written by the physician, and the other is a copy that someone has rewritten to be even more terrifying. The Turtle Minister dismisses this difference as trivial, but the rabbit believes that sentences which amplify fear rather than the illness itself are far more dangerous. Unless he discovers who made two copies of the medical report and why, not only he but the entire Dragon Palace could be dragged into incorrect prescriptions.
