Opening scene
The lease packet is waiting on the kitchen counter. Under the welcome mat is a second key and a note telling the tenant not to trust the packet. The property manager knocks before the tenant can test the key. He brings a correction page, a smile, and a very careful warning not to open the upstairs room tonight.
